Clinical Psychologist in Los Angeles
For over 10 years, I’ve worked with teens and their families, helping them navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, and the ups and downs of adolescence. I provide therapy for teens in a way that feels supportive, relatable, and grounded. I understand how intense the teen years can feel — not just for kids, but for parents who are trying their best to stay connected while setting boundaries. My work has naturally expanded to also include therapy for new moms and young adults. The transition into motherhood can bring unexpected waves of anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, and exhaustion. I offer compassionate support for postpartum mental health, maternal anxiety, and the emotional adjustment to life with a baby. You don’t have to hold it all together alone.I also work with young adults who are navigating life transitions, college stress, career uncertainty, relationship challenges, and questions about identity and purpose. This stage of life can feel both exciting and destabilizing, and therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and build confidence. In addition to psychotherapy, I provide comprehensive psychological assessments to help families and individuals better understand attention, learning, emotional functioning, and diagnostic clarity. All services are offered virtually, making therapy accessible and flexible for busy families and new parents. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I look forward to helping you find steady footing in this season of life.

I came into this work because I care deeply about the in-between seasons of life — the ones that look fine on the outside but feel overwhelming on the inside. Becoming a mom strengthened that perspective. It reminded me how easy it is to doubt yourself, even when you’re doing your best.I don’t believe therapy should feel clinical or intimidating. I believe it should feel like a steady place to land — honest, compassionate, and grounded. My goal is to help you feel more confident, more connected, and less alone in whatever season you’re navigating. When I’m not working, I’m usually with my family or at the beach — both of which help me slow down and stay present.
